01 — The Word

mudita (मुदिता) — the pleasure that comes from delighting in another person's well-being.

Unselfish joy is easy to overlook in a city that moves this fast. So we built a room for it — where a first handstand, a returned breath, someone else's good week, all get the same welcome.

Mats and props are here. Bring yourself, a small towel and a refillable bottle.

Two practices in one — strengthening, then a long release through deep connective tissue and joints. Balance is the point.

All Levels60 min
06

Stretch & Mobility

Static and dynamic stretches that widen your range of motion, plus how to carry that awareness into ordinary days safely.

All Levels60 min

Yin Yoga

Long-held passive floor poses, mostly lower body — hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. Poses held up to five minutes.

Back & Spine Mobility

Your spine wants to move — let it. Gentle twists, spinal waves and slow breathwork release what the desk has been holding, then strengthen the muscles that keep you upright. Leave taller, lighter, more open.

Ashtanga Led / Foundation

The full primary series, called pose by pose — sun salutations, standing, seated, closing — in one steady rhythm you don't have to memorise. Modifications offered. Strength, stamina, focus.

Mindfulness Movement: A Somatic Journey

Less workout, more homecoming. Guided somatic exploration, gentle contact work and supportive props tune you back into your body's own rhythm. Leave grounded and clear-headed. Just bring curiosity.

Foundation Mat Pilates

Pilates from the ground up, no machines required. Slow, breath-led moves — pelvic tilts, bridges, gentle twists — all driven from your core, back, hips and glutes. Quality over reps, kind on the joints.

All Levels60 min
15

Mat Pilates (Multi Level)

The classic mat sequence as Joseph Pilates meant it: precise, purposeful, flowing. Builds real core control and balanced alignment from the inside out. Mind and body, equally worked.

All Levels60 min

Power Flow

Breath-linked, heat-building, vigorous. Sun salutations into lunges, warriors, arm balances and inversions, then a slow unwind of twists and hip openers. Options offered — but come ready to push.

Sound Therapy With Yin Sequence

Long, quiet holds reach deep into fascia, joints and connective tissue, then singing bowls settle the nervous system. Yin does the releasing; sound does the calming. Leave light.

About Mudita

We keep a room for other people's good news.

Mudita is the pleasure of delighting in someone else's well-being. In this studio it looks ordinary: a class clapping for a first crow pose, a teacher remembering your shoulder, a WhatsApp group planning breakfast after the 8am flow.

Our teachers cover basics, flow, hatha, stretch, prenatal and postpartum, yin and yang, arm balancing and handstands. Mats and props provided. Bring the self, a small towel, a refillable bottle.

Practice

Play

Laughter is allowed

Falling out of a handstand is part of the class, not a failure in it.

Very enjoyable class! I was able to stretch and release my tense muscles. Ethan was warm and had positive energy, and went around to correct our postures which helped with the stretching. Will come back when I can, recommend :)

First time doing a hatha vinyasa class. Flow was easy to follow thanks to the teacher and following other participants. Good stretch and poses, was challenged and engaged. Also felt very relaxed through other poses. Enjoyed it!

Always love Crystalla's classes! She constantly walks around to adjust our pose, and provides many alternatives for those who may be more tense or even hyperflexible. Deep (sometimes painful) stretches that are so necessary for our everyday.

Instructions were clear and pace of class was great for beginners. I like how the instructor went around the class to correct our form and posture for a deeper stretch.

Super grateful for Darren's patience while guiding me, analysing my weak points and showing me where to improve. This was my very first handstand class, and it was an awesome session!

While the intensity of the class can get challenging, it was a good stretch for beginners. Instructor will offer variations for students of different levels and makes an effort to go around and help adjust posture, greatly appreciated!

Angie was very meticulous and concerned with how we feel while doing the poses, which makes it safe for us. Appreciate her going around to help us constantly. And the gentle sound bath does have a more calming effect.

Enjoyable class with Joern! Came out feeling lighter, happier and more energized. Very therapeutic to find that mind body connection. Even someone who's still recovering from a dislocated elbow can follow along with no issues. Highly recommend!

Joern really makes the class feel like a safe space where I can relax and just let my body flow with the movements. A perfect way to unwind from the work week. I also learned something about mind body connection today, and how my body reacts according to where my mind is going. The pair work is never the same each week, so the class feels familiar yet exciting.

Most arm balance classes I've attended move too quickly from one pose to the next. Jolene took the time to explain shoulder placement, arm position and elbow alignment, and had us practise those before moving into the actual pose. It made the class feel much more approachable and helped me understand the foundations properly.
