Basic Yoga

We believe that yoga is for everyone. Regardless of age, body types, levels of experience and stage of life you are at, we welcome you to our safe space. You will not be overwhelmed by terminologies, fancy and complicated poses as we move the body and discover the combination of physical movement and mind via breathwork. 

Wherever you are in your yoga and/or life journey, you will definitely benefit from this class as we look to build and rebuild the building blocks of yoga.

Hatha-Vinyasa

In this dynamic and invigorating class, we will explore the balance between strength and flexibility through a flowing sequence of postures that blend the traditions of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga.

 

You'll be guided through a series of poses that will challenge your body and mind while also improving your overall physical and mental health.

 

This class is suitable for all levels, whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to the practice. Join us for an energizing and grounding class that will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed!

Flow

Practiced by many across the centuries, this class type remains a popular choice amongst many.

As we move from one pose to another in a continuous and smooth way, expect connection between energising movements and breath work in this class. All levels of practitioners welcome!

 

Flow Max

There is not just one style of yoga. Flow Max is designed specifically to improve muscle strength and cardiovascular endurance. The poses are challenging, and we move from one pose to the next quickly (and maybe seamlessly).

#MaximumEffort

Yin Yang

A union of two different practices into one. Here we combine the strengthening and relaxation of deep connective tissues and joints in our bodies - balancing is key, just like everything else.

Stretch & Mobility

Designed to improve flexibility and increase the range of motion (mobility) through static and dynamic stretches, this class will leave you with knowledge on performing stretch accurately and applying them into your daily life safely. Nourish yourself with becoming aware of your body's posture and learn about the safe and effective methods to carry out your daily activities with ease.

 

Yin Yoga

Consisting of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that focuses mainly on the lower body - hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine - rich in connective tissues, this class type may leave you leaving a little lighter as we release emotions that are stored in the hips.

 The poses can be held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer.

Arm Balancing and Inversion

An introductory class designed for arm balances and inversions practices. If you have  been struggling with getting into (and staying in!) crow pose in your practice, look no further as this class will guide you with everything you need to know from ground up to get you flying on your hands in record time!

Handstands Foundation

Handstands Foundation is all about learning drills and exercises to build strength and flexibility that supports a strong handstand technique.

This skill-based class will challenge your strength abilities, dedication and perseverance. Whatever your background, calisthenics or yoga, this class will focus on handstands in its' own right.

Handstands Conditioning and Balance

Learn to fly with confidence in your handstands journey! By committing to a regular handstand practice, you will learn the art of patience as you gain confidence in your skill set, coupled with fun and play to your time on the mat.

*pre-requisites: to be able to hold chest-to-wall for at least 15 seconds
